  • A strip complex located in the heart of Botha Bothe. A town with a very rapid economic growth. 
  • the brief was to design a simple economic complex  that will provide space for retail and office spaces.
  • the complex was the first to bring Mr price and debonairs pizza to Botha Bothe. 
  • the complex has become a landmark and icon for the town as it was the first complex of its kind in the town.
