NAD Complex

Situated in botha bothe opposit Botha Bothe High School. Its on a busy Road to mokhotlong, a busy tourist area with mines and Dams.

the Complex is a mixed use complex . the brief was to design a complex with unique architectural elements that will be timeless and appealing to tenants at the community at large. 

The concept was to create architecture that sells. Memorable architecture that will stain into the memory of whoever looks at it. the design is simple and timeless, with a bit of aluminum deco made by the client `s aluminum company.  

The complex was a first of its kind. It inspired many property owners in botha bothe to develop their properties.
